srvStatus	Service status of the system. Values 0x00 - No service 0x01 - Limited service 0x02 - Service 0x03 - Limited regional service 0x04 - Power save
trueSrvStatus	True service status of the system (not applicable to CDMA/HDR). Values 0x00 - No service 0x01 - Limited service 0x02 - Service 0x03 - Limited regional service 0x04 - Power save
isPrefDataPath	Whether the RAT is the preferred data path Values 0x00 - Not preferred 0x01 - Preferred
TLVPresent	TLV Present
